In today’s society, pubic hair is no longer a beautiful thing, instead it is an inconvenience, something that has to be dealt with, but just happens to keep returning. Because more and more men and women want to get rid of the unsightly pubic hair, the hair removal industry is becoming more lucrative.
There are a wide range of hair removal techniques that women are finding very attractive. It used to be that the only way to remove the hair was by shaving; however shaving constantly caused irritation in the pubic area, in addition to the fact that you would have to shave again in a few days. Now there are many new ways to remove the hair from your pubic area.
Permanent Hair Removal Techniques
There are permanent removal techniques to move your pubic hair, such as electrolysis, this technique will remove the hair from the hair follicles; it also destroys the blood vessels that feed the hair. The only disadvantage of this removal technique is that it is very time consuming because you must remove each hair individually to complete the process. In order to perform this technique, a technician who specializes in hair removal will have to insert a needle that will send a current to your hair follicles, causing it to destroy the follicle.
Hair Reduction Techniques
The next technique is the reduction technique, it does not permanently remove the hair, but it greatly decreases the amount of time it takes for the hair to return, through the use of lasers this type of hair removal will give you long lasting hair removal. There are also some medications taken orally, that will inhibit the growth of pubic hair, however they will have to be taken continuously in order for them to provide more permanent results.
Other Removal Techniques
Other techniques include hair removal creams, waxing and electrical epilators. Each will temporarily remove hair for a short time; you will need to redo any of these processes frequently in order to keep pubic hair from returning. Hair removal creams must be applied to the area that you want to clear hair from, after leaving it on for a short time; it can be easily removed by wiping it off. Waxing and epilators are both very painful hair removal techniques that are easy to do but last for two or three weeks for the hair to grow back.
If you are one of the people who hate having pubic hair and would rather remove it, choosing the right method for hair removal is very important. Keep in mind that if later on you want the hair back you will not want to choose permanent hair removal.
